Cloaking
Cloaking is a technique of serving different content to search engines spiders than is displayed to the human eye. Search engines look at cloaking as a misleading method of advertising. They want to see (and evaluate) what the user is going to see; not some special page catering to them.
On very rare occasions there can be a cause for cloaking: You might have a page designed in Flash and would like to make that same content available to site visitors with text only browsers or screen readers. In this case you could use cloaking but we would advise you to use it very carefully.
Ever heard what happened to BMW in January 2006?
Their sites did get removed from Google organic search results. Why? Cloaking!
